The warranty follows a structured timeline and is backed by an insurance carrier, ensuring continuity and clarity throughout ownership. Coverage automatically transfers to future owners within the warranty period, reinforcing long-term confidence in every Casly home.

Our 10-year warranty for homeowners provides a detailed timeline of coverage:

YEAR 1

Casly Home guarantees your home against specific defects in workmanship and materials that do not meet QBW’s warranty standards, along with any major structural defects as outlined in the warranty.

YEAR 2

Casly Home covers your home against specific defects in wiring, plumbing, and ductwork, as well as any major structural defects as defined in the warranty.

YEARS 3 - 10

If any major structural defect (as defined by the warranty) arises during this time, QBW will either repair, replace, or cover the reasonable costs of repair or replacement through its insurer.

YEAR 1

Casly Home guarantees your home against specific defects in workmanship and materials that do not meet QBW’s warranty standards, along with any major structural defects as outlined in the warranty.

YEARS 3 - 10

If any major structural defect (as defined by the warranty) arises during this time, QBW will either repair, replace, or cover the reasonable costs of repair or replacement through its insurer.

YEAR 2

Casly Home covers your home against specific defects in wiring, plumbing, and ductwork, as well as any major structural defects as defined in the warranty.

Throughout the 10-year duration, the warranty is automatically transferable to new buyers, ensuring protection for both homeowners and builders in the long run. As a member of QBW, builders’ responsibilities are limited to the first two years of the warranty.* Programs under the Risk Retention Act may extend the builder’s liability beyond this two-year timeframe.
